  6. Producing pre-qualification plans

» Design stage

  1. Coordinating and managing BIM development to meet client requirements
  2. Implementing standards and QA/QC on behalf of clients
  3. Implementing BS 1192: PAS 2 and 3
  4. Managing and controlling information exchange

» Construction Stage

  1. Managing and controlling the generation of shop drawings from BIM
  2. Evaluating constructability through the simulation of construction (4D)
  3. Managing and controlling operation & maintenance documents throughout the construction phase
  4. Updating BIM leading to as-built model

» Handover Stage

  1. Managing and controlling the development of as-built BIM ready for FM
